Return Policy


Return Guide:
1.Please contact our customer service within 3 days of delivery date at julypromservice@outlook.com with your order number.

2.Please tell the customer service the reason for your return and provide the pictures or video of the product you received.

3.Once our customer service has approved your request, please send the item back to us within 7 days of the date you contact us for return. And provide the return tracking number.(You are responsible for the shipping costs. We have no control over international shipping costs, so please know the approximate shipping costs before ordering, we do not have a return label).

4.We reserve the right to refuse returns on custom orders.

5.We will refund for your dress after receiving the returned item.Coupons and shipping freight are non-refundable.

Note:
1.We don't accept any returns if the product is used or damaged.
2.We don't bear any costs in returns.
3.We don't accept try-ons, order many pieces and keep only one or return them all.
4. If your returned package is lost in transit or we didn't receive your returned package, we cannot refund.

Color difference:

-Since screens have chromatic aberration ,dress may also have color difference under different light. And the same color but different fabric must has chromatic aberration.We can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photos you see.
