CANCELLATION POLICY

Since not all dresses are available in stock, most of them are made to order upon customer purchase. We will start the production process for your dress right after your order is confirmed. Therefore, if you need to cancel your order before shipment, a corresponding handling fee will be charged.

-If you haven't paid, please ignore the order.

-Cancellation within 24 hours we will charge a 5% handling fee .

-Cancellation within 24 to 48 hours we will charge a 20% handling fee you will get the refund of 80% of your payment.

-Cancellation within 48 to 72hours we will charge a 40% handling fee you will get the refund of 50% of your payment.

-Order can't be cancelled after 72 hours after your payment.

-All shipped orders are can't be canceled although within 72 hours.
