How to Add Order Special Instructions

Follow these simple steps to include your special requests:

  1. Select Your Item

    On the product page, choose custom color or size, then click the Add to cart button.

  2. Go to Your Cart

    After the item is added, click the View cart (1) button to open your shopping cart.

  3. Find the Instructions Box

    On the cart page, scroll down to locate the Order special instructions text box.

  4. Enter Your Requests

    Type your special notes or requirements (e.g., custom measurements,custom color, event date) into this box.

  5. Complete Checkout

    Once your instructions are added, proceed to the checkout to finalize your order.

If you still can't add your special instructions following the tutorial above, please contact our customer service immediately after placing your order.

  • Simply tell our agent your specific requests directly, and they will add the note to your order manually.
  • Important: Be sure to provide your order number to avoid confusion with other customers' orders.
