How To Measure
Measuring Bust
Stand upright, keep your body naturally straight, and let your arms hang naturally by your sides. Place the tape measure at the highest point of your breasts, wrap it around your body from under your armpits, and keep the tape measure horizontal. Breathe naturally to get the bust size.

Measuring Waist
Stand upright, keep your body naturally straight, and let your arms hang naturally by your sides. Keep your abdomen in a normal position, hold your breath, and place the tape measure horizontally at the narrowest part of your waist above your navel.

Measuring Hip
The subject should wear thin clothes and stand naturally, with arms hanging down and moderately spread, feet together, evenly weighted, buttocks relaxed, and looking straight ahead. The tape measure is horizontally wrapped around the most protruding part of the buttocks. During the measurement, the tape measure should be close to the skin, with moderate tightness, and the reading should be taken when the subject is breathing calmly.
